Chef Wally

I've been cooking a lot lately.

I made almond chocolate chip brownie cupcakes, which are DELICIOUS, and from a box (well, I added the chocolate chips and almonds and, in a stroke of genius, put them in a muffin pan).

I also made this soft tofu soup. Sarah, if you are reading this, this is what I made when I was back in Gainesville with you. This is what it's supposed to look like. It's not nearly as spicy as the stuff I made in Gainesville. You (sarah, and everyone else) should definitely give it a go. I posted a recipe on www.reallywally.tumblr.com
